Each opportunity we send is discounted and curated for investors. Your job is to quickly evaluate whether the property matches your buy box and strategy.
When reviewing a deal, consider:
➡️ Your target market and zip code preferences
➡️ Rehab / repair scope
➡️ ARV or rental performance
➡️ Exit strategy (flip, hold, etc.)
➡️ Your price ceiling and margin requirements

That means:

Our asking prices are already discounted, and most deals have little to no negotiation room (if any at all).
We strongly recommend running your numbers with this in mind:

➡️ The deal is priced to move

Once your offer is accepted:
➡️ The agreement is generated immediately
➡️ Title work begins
➡️ Your EMD is due within 24 hours (no exceptions)
